A medium, ovate pear shaped fruit with a rough, thick green turning black skin when ripe and a greenish - light yellow flesh with a large seed. They have a rich, nutty flavour and creamy, buttery texture. Sometimes alternate bearing from heavy to lighter crops. Matures: Approx. November - December. Pollination: Self fertile, however will benefit with cross pollination from Zutano to increase fruit set. Growing Regions: Tropical, Subtropical, Mediterranean and Temperate. Size: Approx. H: 4 - 10m
